What do you think of our menopause support?

supporting menopause graphic in green and white background Whether you're experiencing menopause yourself, or you're supporting someone else who is, we hope you find the support at work helpful.

We introduced our Supporting Menopause at Work policy back in 2022 and offer colleagues up to five days paid menopause leave, a menopause health needs assessment tool and a raft of resources and training to help raise awareness of the impact of menopause symptoms. We'll also be launching our new menopause forum which will be a safe, supportive space where colleagues can meet via Microsoft Teams to discuss all things menopause and hear about the experiences of others. Look out for more details coming soon.

Nurturing a positive, friendly and inclusive working environment where colleagues feel confident to talk openly about menopause has been key in raising awareness of symptoms and the support available, so it's vital we keep this conversation going.
