Improving our Workforce survey - Response rate and next steps

Thanks to everyone who told us what it is like to work at Renfrewshire Council, by completing our Improving our Workplace survey.

Almost 2,000 colleagues or 23% of our workforce took the opportunity to provide us with an accurate picture of what it's like to work here and how we can better live our values to make Renfrewshire Council the workplace we all want it to be.

The insights gathered will complement our ongoing engagement through our Employee Engagement Forums and will be used to inform important decisions on workforce planning, employee benefits, new and updated policies, our workplace improvements, recognition and learning and development, to name just a few.

Once all feedback has been gathered, results will be analysed, and our People & Organisational Development team will analyse the data to look for trends and identify areas for improvement.

We'll report back with the key findings and next steps before the end of the year.
