Who would you like to nominate for living our values?

Recognise a colleague or team who are making a difference.

Living our values graphic It's World Values Day this month (Thursday 17 October) and the theme for this year's campaign is 'Bringing Values to Life'.  We have our very own 'Living Our Values' recognition programme which celebrates the colleagues and teams who really get what it means to be fair, helpful, collaborative and value learning.

You can let colleagues and teams know they're making a difference by nominating them for living our values. It's a wonderful way to show your appreciation and thank them for their hard work.

To nominate, simply complete this short form (Survey123 website) and provide some great examples of what being fair, helpful, collaborative and learning is all about in practice. You'll receive a digital thank-you card to add your own message and send on to your nominee, then the internal comms team will be in touch to chat about their values story.

We've heard lots of inspiring stories, and we know there are many more out there waiting to be shared. Stories about people like day service officer, Dan Drennan or assistant facilities manager and mental health first Aider, Susan Allan.

Dan was nominated for his collaborative approach to working with colleagues and local contacts when he organised a rock concert in the community for service users, at RHSCP Gateway, to showcase their musical skills.

Susan was recognised for actively prioritising her colleagues' wellbeing and managing her team with fairness. Through her efforts she has created a culture of support and understanding, where everyone feels confident they will be heard and directed to find help if they need it.

Check out their stories and learn more about our values and the behaviours that shape them by heading over to the Living Our Values webpage.
