Training for all employees

Our interactive iLearn module - Living Our Values - is designed to help all council colleagues think about what our values mean to you and how you can apply these behaviours in your day-to-day role. There's also a handy template to create your own values action plan to encourage you to put your learning into practice.

Training for senior leaders and people managers

Our managers and leaders must demonstrate the values and behaviours we aspire to and nurture the right culture and approach within their teams. Once you have completed the course for all colleagues, please ensure you go on to complete the iLearn module - Leading Our Values - to learn more about role modelling leadership behaviours to embed our values in everything we do.
