A message to Council employees from Provost Lorraine Cameron

Provost Cameron thanks council colleagues for supporting fundraising activity for MND Scotland and congratulates the winners of the raffle and prize draw.

Two women stand behind a table with a range of small gifts for sale Thank you to those of you who came along to the Atrium a few weeks ago and supported my charity fundraising for MND Scotland.

I'm delighted to announce we raised a fantastic £1,500 from purchases at the stall and entries to the raffle. Congratulations to Aimee McLellan who won a luxury hamper.

Everyone who spent £10 on the day was also entered into a prize draw to win a second hamper. Congratulations to winner Susan Roy.

Thank you to Karen and Elaine for all their hard work and kind donations in helping to put the stall together and for working alongside me on the day. All the money raised is sent directly to MND Scotland, allowing them to continue to do great work in our communities supporting those with MND and their families.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to wish all staff a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year when it comes.
