Course Outline

This e-learning course explains that conflict is inevitable in the workplace with colleagues, but we need to understand where conflict arises from, and consider our own emotional responses to conflict, before we can use conflict resolution techniques. Please note, this generic course does not cover conflict with stakeholders, customers, service users, or pupils.
