You don't need a computer to view electronic payslips—they can also be viewed on a tablet or smartphone.

Electronic payslips are formatted to look the same as the paper version so you will be familiar with the look and layout even though it's in an electronic format.

You can still print paper payslips if you need to. With all your electronic payslips stored in one place, copies that are required for credit purposes can easily be printed off in the same format as the paper payslip.

Accessing your online payslip

1. Log-in to ERP-Business World
2. Under Your employment tab, select Personnel information
3. Click on the blue paper clip symbol within the personnel information screen
4. This will open the documents window. From here you can click on any payslip or other document such as a P60 to view. Once the document is open you can use the arrow symbols to navigate through older/newer payslips
5. If you are using a mobile device with a touch screen to view payslips, please follow this guidance.

If you unable to access your payslip electronically, either through a personal device or at a work location, please speak with your line manager to agree how they can support you to access it in the future.
