Your card to pay your service charge

If you have a service charge to pay, we will give you a yellow swipe card to pay it.

Do not use this card to pay your rent.

We will send you a statement showing the payments you have made to your service charge account, on request.

How you can pay your service charge

You can pay your service charge by:

• direct debit or standing order - call us 0300 300 0222, select option 1 and we will set this up for you
• make an online rent payment
• by debit or credit card - call  0300 300 0300 and select the option for payments) - this service is available 24 hours a day
• use your swipe card at PayPoint facilities throughout Renfrewshire, for example, at cash collection points in your local corner store
• at your local post office
• by post - make your cheque payable to Renfrewshire Council.
