iLearn
iLearn, our online learning platform has a Digital Skills category that you can access from its home page. iLearn contains training courses for Council systems, like Business World as well as more general digital skills training.
Microsoft 365
If you have access to Microsoft Teams at work, Microsoft 365 Learning helps you make the most of Microsoft 365 products through short video guides.
If your computer is not part of the Council's network, you can access Microsoft 365 help and learning online to help you with all the Microsoft 365 apps including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Advanced digital skills support from Microsoft
Microsoft offer more technical training up to developer level, if you need support with products such as SharePoint, Power BI or Power Automate.

You can access one to one support through our network of digital champions across the Council or by visiting a Digizone based in libraries and community hubs across Renfrewshire.

Learn My Way is a website of free online learning for beginners with support on topics like using a touchscreen and taking photos on your phone.

Digital skills for managers and leaders
The Scottish Government's Digital Academy offers a variety of online learning mainly aimed at public sector leaders. There are free courses on data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) which will be of interest to people in a variety of roles here at the Council.
Keeping safe online
Visit Get Safe Online for help with keeping yourself, your children and your device safe online. The scheme has over 100 certified Online Safety Ambassadors in Renfrewshire who can also offer you support on cyber security topics such as online scams.
