Gambling Act Statement of Principles 2025-2028 

Renfrewshire Licensing Board at its meeting on 25 November 2024 agreed the terms of its Statement of Principles for the three year period from 31 January 2025. The new Statement of Principles has been published, as required by the Gambling Act 2005 and Regulations under that Act. 

A copy of the new Statement is now in effect and can be downloaded from the related documents area of this page.  A hard copy of the Statement of Principles may also be inspected during normal office hours at the Customer Service Centre, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley.
