The Met Office has issued a red weather warning for wind in Renfrewshire.

This will impact council services and all council buildings are closed on Friday 24 January 2025.

The weather warning for Storm Eowyn is in place from 10am to 5pm on Friday 24 January 2025.

Police Scotland are advising the public not to travel in, or to, the areas affected by the red weather warning during this period.

The Erskine Bridge may be closed during the red weather warning. Up-to-date information is available on the Transport Scotland website.
