Extended Hours, Occasional and Personal Licences
If you want to apply for an Extended Hours Licence, Occasional Licence or a new or replacement Personal Licence, you need to:
- pay online for your licence
- send your signed and completed application form and documentation to customerservice.licensing@renfrewshire.gov.uk
Please send your documents in PDF format in one complete file, and any photographs in JPEG format.
If you are applying for a personal licence, please check that the certification docket on the back of the photograph is included with your application documentation.
The photographs need to be countersigned on the back with this exact wording:
"I certify that this is a true likeness of (name of applicant)", followed by the full name of the person endorsing the photograph.

Annual fees for premises licences
Annual fees for premises licences are due on 1 October each year.
Notification of annual fee due will be issued at end of August each year by letter.
