Your online rent account is here...

Keep track of your rent balance and payments with MyAccount.

If you are a council tenant, will be able to view and manage your rent account online with MyAccount - the new online customer service that's available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

With MyAccount you can:

  • access your rent account balance

  • view  the last 13 weeks transactions

  • track benefits payments and adjustments

  • pay rent with a debit or credit card

You can also:

  • apply for housing benefit or discretionary housing payment (DHP)
     
  • apply for council tax discount, exemption or reduction
     
  • make an online payment
     
  • upload documents electronically to support your claim 
     
  • check your council tax balance and payments
     
  • set up your direct debit for council tax 
     
  • tell us about a change of address, household details or circumstances

 

Register with MyAccount

If you haven't yet signed up with MyAccount, it's easy to do.  All you need to get started is an email address - here's how:

  1. Click the 'Sign-in | Register' button at the top of the page
  2. Select 'Register for MyAccount'
  3. In the 'Create a new Account box' select Register
  4. Complete the online form
  5. We'll send you two emails to confirm your username and give you a one-time password
  6. Activate your MyAccount
