Gaelic Classes (Clasaichean Gàidhlig)

Scottish Gaelic is a unique part of Scotland's national heritage and is a language which is very much alive in Scotland today.

Gaelic language courses are at Beginners, Intermediate and Progression levels. They are aimed at adults who are interested in learning to speak the language, and want to learn more about the culture.

Carson nach feuch sibh i? Why don't you come and try it?

Paisley recently announced it is bidding to host the Royal National Mòd in 2021.

For more information on how to be involved in Gaelic Classes or the Mòd bid, please contact Alain Campbell at alain.campbell@renfrewshire.gov.uk.

We also offer a free crèche service to learners participating in community-based adult learning classes and groups. This service is supported by qualified and experienced childcare workers who are registered practitioners with SSSC, and inspected by the Care Inspectorate.
