Housing Repairs Policy
The Council has developed a Housing Repairs Policy which outlines the service provided for repairs to council houses to ensure that our properties are maintained to a safe and suitable standard.
The policy explains:
- the repairs that we, the Council, are responsible for;
- your responsibilities as a tenant;
- the different categories of repairs and their response times; and
- how to report repairs.
