Neighbourhood Services

Renfrewshire Council manages its housing stock from four Neighbourhood Services - Paisley North, Paisley South, Johnstone and Renfrew. 

Staff within Neighbourhood Services provide housing options, manage our housing estates and manage rent accounts. You can contact your local Neighbourhood Services using the details noted below.

If you would like some advice about a housing issue or managing your rent payments, please contact your local Neighbourhood Service and ask to speak to your local housing officer. 

Your housing officer can offer you advice over the phone and, if required, will arrange an appointment to speak to you in person about your enquiry. Alternatively you can email your local office using the contact details listed below.

General enquiries on rent arrears and housing benefits can also be dealt with at your neighbourhood service office.

Please also let us know if you require information to be sent to you in another format; for example Braille, large print or tape/CD, or if you require information to be provided in another language.

Johnstone Neighbourhood Services


Opening hours
The office is open for housing enquiries between 8.45am and 4.45pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.45am to 3.55pm on Fridays.

The cash collection facility is open between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 9.00am to 3.15pm on Fridays.

Paisley - Paisley North Neighbourhood Services and Paisley South Neighbourhood Services


Opening hours
Housing staff work from 8.45am to 4.45pm Mon - Thurs and 8.45am to 3.55pm on Friday. General housing enquiries can also be made at the Customer Contact Centre, Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm and Friday, 8.45am - 3.55pm. 

The cash collection facility is open Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm and Friday, 8.45am - 3.55pm.
