First Crisis

FIRST Crisis is our out of hours crisis service which provides a short-term support to anyone in Renfrewshire aged 16 or over who is experiencing a crisis in their mental health.

You can call them for free on 0800 221 8929 or call 0141 848 9090 (calls charged at the standard rate). They are available from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and from 9am to 5pm, Saturdays and Sundays.

Hear for You

If you feel distressed or anxious, you can call Hear for You for free on 0800 221 8904, from 9am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays. They are available from 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.
