Maintenance schedule for Business World (ERP) updates
When the monthly planned maintenance is scheduled on the Business World (ERP) system.
In order to ensure customer service security, stability, and optimal performance level, our software provider Unit4 has planned for monthly maintenance slots.
During the maintenance period services will not be available and no background processing should be scheduled.
Unit4 Cloud operation will conduct the following maintenance activities:
- deliver the patches to all software installed on customer environments
- perform required infrastructure changes
- perform required product-related changes
- perform a restart of all underlying services.
The planned maintenance window is from 5pm on Saturday to 5am on Sunday, on the 3rd weekend of every month.
All services may be periodically unavailable at that time. Planned Maintenance windows are subject to change upon reasonable notice.
